2011 ASSESSMENTS PAST DUE

The 2011 assessment was due on January 1st, 2011 but the Board of Directors opted to allow residents to make there payment in February without accruing late fees. Payments had to be posted to your account by February 28th in order to avoid a late fee. Having difficulty, please do not ignore those statements or the fact the assessment is due. Contact us as soon as possible if you need additional time to make your payment. Late fees will still apply but you can avoid legal action such as a lien or small claims court judgements.
