POOL PRIVLGES AND YOUR ASSESSMENT

Although we haven't totally cleared the cold spells of winter, the next few days of warm weather will bring thoughts of the swimming pool I'm sure. Keep in mind your assessments have to be current in order to use the pool. 2011 assessments were due on January 1st. Late fees will be applied March 1 if your payment has not posted by February 28th. If you are having difficulties paying your dues, please contact us as soon as possible to work out some type of arrangement. Not contacting the office will result in a lien and Small Claims Court actions being initiated. Please avoid those legal fees by contacting us as soon as possible.
