ASSESSMENT DUE

Please be reminded your assessments were due January 1st. The Board generously allowed until February 28th for you to post your payment before late fees will be assessed on March 1st. Additionally the Board has elected to retain attorney Kenneth Inman for further collection actions on those owners who have not paid their assessments which can include pursing foreclosure actions on the home. Please contact the office if you are having difficulty paying your assessment, communication is the key to avoid legal action.
