NEW LANDSCAPER TO START JANUARY 2011

Horizon landscaping will be starting January 1st in the community. They have agreed to service the community at a significant savings to the Association. There have been several changes to the mowing schedule in the community. The vacant lot will only be cut twice per month or as needed depending on the growth rate. The storm water dry ponds will also only be cut twice per month during the growing season. These ponds are technically the responsibility of the homeowners who's property extends into them to maintain but since the Association has cut them for the past 10 years they will continue to do so on an abbreviated schedule.

Horizon has started out on a good note within the community by providing new pine straw at the entrance at no cost to the Association.
