We here at Community Management Group have been proactively working out hurricane planning and what would need to be done to amenities on the properties if a hurricane did end up hitting our area. The Board of Directors for our communities have been provided a list of duties we are to be responsible for. If we are evacuated we have plans worked out with our entire staff to be back in the area as soon as possible. Our contracted vendors have been contacted and retained to help with storm clean up with our properties being priority. As homeowners we ask you also take a few precautions that are common sense to all of us.
