In order for the HOA to successfully operate it counts on homeowners making their annual assessment payment to fund the various projects, keep the lights on, pay the contractors and sock a little away for a rainy day. 2010 assessment statements were mailed out in December, if you did not receive your statement please contact our office and we would be glad to provide you with a new one.
The assessment payment was due the 1st of January. Your Board of Directors has extended the grace period until February 28th before late fees will be applied. Please be sure your payment posts by then to avoid extra fees.
There are various ways in which you can pay your assessment:
- 1) Detach the stub from the bottom of your statement form and mail your payment to the bank’s lockbox at Post Office Box 912, Columbia, SC 29202. Please make checks and money orders payable to "Hanahan Plantation"
- 2) Go online to http://www.cmgcharleston.com/ and select “online payments.” You will need your account number noted on your statement for this option if you have not already setup your account.
